Experience and method
This is built on extensive practical experience.
We have been through the internet breakthrough, mobile's transformation of business and organisations, and now stand in the middle of the AI revolution.
We have held managerial roles in the line and worked as consultants and advisors throughout our careers. We have sat on boards and worked closely with owners, CEOs and leadership teams. This gives a combination of technical understanding and business development that is crucial in this type of context.
We work pedagogically, with patience and clear analogies, to make complex connections comprehensible and actionable. The focus is always on decisions and consequences.
Format
We begin with two hours where we set the framework based on your reality. This is followed by a full day where AI and agents are used to work through your actual issues.
